Policies

Refunds / Returns / Exchanges 

- We will be happy to accept exchanges or returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receiving your item(s). All tags must be attached. 

Refunds will be issued by store credit only.

- You are responsible to pay to ship the item(s) back to us.

- If you require an exchange, you must pay to ship the items back to us, and pay for the shipping of the new item. 

- Once returned item(s) is/are received, your return will be processed within 3-7 business days. 

- Lily Field Threads, LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.

- We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.

- Any packages sent without proper postage will not be accepted.

Preorders

- Items under the "preorders" tab qualify as products that are on their way to us, have been back ordered and listed as to-be-shipped, or we are testing the waters before we order.

- Unless unforeseen circumstances occur, all purchases will be delivered within 30 days of your payment processing. If unforeseen circumstances do occur, you will be refunded via shop credit. 

- Orders can not be cancelled. Once your payment processes, you have claimed the item. Once it has been shipped, you can return it to us at your cost and we can issue a shop credit for the purchase amount. No exceptions.

Facebook Live / Clearance / Sale

- Any purchases via Facebook Live will be invoiced. All invoices must be paid with 12 hours of receipt. After 12 hours, the item is no longer held, the invoice will be canceled and you may purchase it on our website at the current listed price. 

Life happens, and we understand that. However, repeat offenders of claiming without payment will be banned from our pages and no longer allowed to participate in our live sales. This behavior takes away from the experience of our valued customers.

- ALL sale, clearance, and flash sale items are final sale. Orders using discounts codes 25% off or above are also final sale. We will exchange these items for a new size, but they can not be exchanged for another item. For exchanges, you are required to pay return shipping and the cost of shipping a new piece. No exceptions.

Damaged Goods

- If an item is damaged on receipt, please let us know within 5 days. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Lily Field Threads is no longer responsible. A damaged item is the only time that we will send you a return label to send the item back. 

Shipping

- We do our best to ship out items on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday so that your order ships within 48 hours of your purchase.

- Standard shipping is usually 2-5 business days. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. 

- Shipping is currently free for everything in the store. This may change at any time. Please make yourself aware of our policies and stay up to date with them before you make your purchase. 

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for how to proceed.

Sizing

- Please read the description for each item. Most items are true to size unless otherwise stated. For more information about a particular item, please contact us at hello@theferventmama.com or on one of our social media outlets.

Other Information

- If an item is returned and does not meet the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost. If we are unable to make contact with you, we will assess a 20% restocking fee.

- We cannot change the shipping address, billing address, or payment method provided once an order has been placed. We cannot cancel orders once they have been placed.

- As of right now, we do not ship internationally. If this changes, we will notify our customers.

- Item/Discount purchases via our rewards program will not be refunded or given store credit. You must forfeit the rewards amount, but you will receive store credit for the amount paid after points. 

- For any percentage off or dollar off discounts, you will only receive a refund in the form of store credit for the purchase amount. The discounted amount is forfeited.
